The Sensibio range includes a cult-favourite Sensibio H2O Micellar Solution–the first non-rinse cleansing water of this type invented. I have been eagerly awaiting to try a couple of new products from this range and now I can share with you my thoughts. Continue reading to learn more.
“Sensitive skin expresses itself through sensations of heat and widespread or localised redness. It becomes dehydrated easily and the ensuing dryness auto-maintains its fragility and leads to unpleasant feelings of tightness.” – Bioderma.
*Sensibio H2O 25 Make-Up Removing Wipes
I am excited to learn how it can easily cleanse the face and eyes without irritating the skin. The texture is like most makeup removal wipes–a cotton like sheet that is soaked in micellar solution and is not overly wet. The Sensibio H2O wipes are also enriched with a soothing ingredient such as allantoïne, which helps to prevent the skin from feeling the irritation often caused by cleansing.
This is a non-rinse lazy cleanser that doesn’t contain any alcohol, paraben and phenoxyethanol. It is a fragranced-free formula and is hypoallergenic. An absolutely amazing product that quickly and gently removes makeup, dirt and excess oils from the skin as it leaves a clean and fresh feel. This is suitable for people with sensitive to intolerant skin types.
*Sensibio Mild Cleansing Foaming Gel 200ml
I am generally not a huge fan of foaming gel cleansers, as I find they could strip down the natural oils on my skin and leave that tight, dry and redness feel. However, using this in rotation with other similar cleansing products, I have found this creamy gel lathers up to a milky foam that gently cleanses my face. It soothes my dry skin and calms down any skin irritation. After a cleanse with this product, my skin feels clean, comfortable, soft and smooth.
I found that it also helps to retain moisture back into my skin. It is fragranced-free, paraben-free, colorant-free and soap-free. It is also hypoallergenic and is non-comedogenic. This is suitable for people with sensitive skin types.
