It has been a while since I last used a coffee scrub to exfoliate my skin. I usually don’t gravitate to using these types of body scrubs anymore, as I haven’t really found one that I can enjoy and commit to using for a long period of time.
“Our coffee beans are sourced from coffee enthusiast alike who roast our beans to a level referred to as “just racked” allowing them to retain their natural oils then blended with the finest natural ingredients that is suitable for targeting cellulite, stretch marks and other skin imperfections.” – CLab & Co.
*Coffee Scrub 330g $24.95
This coffee scrub is described as using arabica coffee beans with 100% natural ingredients and contain no fillers like sugar. The formula is enriched with organic vitamin E, sea salt, other natural essential oils, and active ingredients. The tiny grains feel gentle on my skin and doesn’t irritate or cause any redness. It is quite easy to use in the shower with little mess as it is recommended to apply to damp skin first, allowing for the oils to absorb for a couple of minutes. The coffee scrub is not drying at all, as it feels comfortable when you massage it in circular motion upon contact with skin.
From the first use, I have already noticed how much my skin has improved, it feels more soft and smooth to touch and with continuous use, I can only hope this body scrub will help to minimise the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks after having my second baby. This coffee scrub is a little different from other similar ones I have tried in the past, as it was not a drying kind of scrub and didn’t feel harsh against my skin.
This product has kept my skin feel nourished and hydrated for a few days even when a typical body moisturiser has lost its affect and need to reapply, this product has kept my skin look healthier than it has been for some time. I also like that it is stored in a user-friendly tub, which means the product can continue to retain its freshness for every use.
