A couple of months ago, I was approached from Cougar Beauty to review a couple of their beauty products. I chose these to test and incorporate into my daily beauty regiment. Continue reading to learn what my final thoughts are on these products.

*Hyaluronic Acid Facial Oil with White Truffle 30ml
This facial oil is luxe in a bottle. The formula contains 73% water and comprises of a cocktail of vitamins and minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium. There is also a strong sweet scent, which can be a deal breaker for sensitive skin beauties, but I didn’t break out. As this product is made up of mostly water, the texture is very runny and therefore you would need to work with it quickly as it dried quickly on the skin. You immediately feel an instant sense of hydration and suppleness, which I found to alleviate dull and dry skin. This also helped to fight the signs of skin ageing such as pigmentation, wrinkles, dehydration, loss of elasticity, and uneven skin tone.
*Mineral 5-in-1 Foundation 4g + Kabuki Brush
The 5-in-1 includes: colour corrector, SPF, concealer, bronzer and is travel friendly. I can’t say what the spf level is since it doesn’t specify on the jar or online. I would still recommend to apply a separate sunscreen before applying this on your face. I used this mainly for touch ups and as light face foundation. The coverage is a decent medium, but buildable to full coverage. I can’t say whether this is great for colour correcting as I don’t have uneven skin tone right now.
There are limited shades in Cinnamon and Natural Light, and in two sizes 4g and 8g. It can conceal very minor imperfections, however feel you should use a separate concealer for full coverage. This shade is sightly darker on my skin, but it’s lovely to use as a bronzer or for contour. The texture is finely milled and felt feather weight, as well as great to absorb excess sebium on the surface of the skin.
The travel size kabuki brush has soft bristles, but not as densely packed as some I have used in the past. The quality in my opinion is not as great and would rather use this for lightly dusting setting powder than for foundation use.
