Empty Products #10

My empty products posts will commence from today and go live every Wednesday, until I have run out of empty products. I have a large paper bag full of empty products that I have used up in the past few months, which I need to dissect every week. I hope to share with you new, all used up, loved and disappointing products that I bought with my own money or were sent to me to try out.

Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Universal Daily Peel (5 Treatments) AU$23 – I have gone through a few packets of these 5 treatment set and it was obvious I would be hooked. It’s a chemical exfoliator that gets rid of dead skin and calms down sensitive skin. I didn’t experience any redness or break outs after using it daily for the 5 days. I would repurchase this again.

Nivea Body Lotion Rich Nourishing with Almond Oil Dry to Very Dry Skin AU$2.99 – I needed to pick up a travel size body lotion/moisturiser on my last interstate trip when I stumbled on this product. I loved how nourishing it felt on my skin. It cleared up my dry flakes and scales on my legs within a few days. It’s a rich formula and a little goes a long way. I wouldn’t repurchase straight away, but I wouldn’t mind rediscovering in future travels.

Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Hand Cream AU$13 – I have gone through a couple of these tubes already that I’m not able to locate a replacement. They are out of stock on Sephora AU online and in store. I feel like they may have discontinued this 30ml travel size, but don’t take my word for it. I would repurchase if they came back, as it helped with my eczema flare ups on my hands. I recommend this product for dry skin beauties!

Indeed Labs Nanoblur Sampler AU$4.99 – I bought this as part of a three product sampler pack, as my introduction to Indeed Labs. I liked this product, but I felt that it had more of a silicone texture that I’m not completely against. It did help to minimise the appearance of fine lines and enlarged pores. I have found other brands to have wowed me and sadly, I won’t be repurchasing this, but do recommend to those who are new to the brand.

Omorovicza Rejuvenating Night Cream Deluxe AU$17.60 – This product was part of a gift set I received last year. I enjoyed using this as my night cream every second to third night. I had to use it wisely since it is a luxury product and at 5ml, I used it when I felt my skin needed that extra oomph, if you know what I mean. This has a rich texture so a little goes a long way. It’s more like a overnight treatment that contains peptides, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. I wouldn’t repurchase as I have other night creams that work similarly for less. But if you want to splurge, then try this as it is a cult favourite!
