A new week, which means a new set of empties to be talked about. How are you all going with finishing your beauty products? Read on to find out what I think of these products.
*MooGoo Natural Full Cream Moisturiser for dry skin 75g AU$13.50 – I brought this moisturiser along with me on my recent trip to South Korea. It was cold and dry and this full cream moisturiser helped tremendously to soothe my dull and dry skin. I loved how lightweight, but rich it felt to massage on my skin. It kept skin nourished and soft all day. The natural ingredients include: Sweet Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera, natural Vitamin E, as well as the apple and honey that give the cream a wonderful fragrance.
*Antipodes Skincare Hosanna H2O Intensive Skin-Plumping Serum 30ml AU$48.99 – This water-charged serum is oil-free and looks like a very watered down latte. This is a serum will immediately quench your thirsty skin and help to intensively improve skin appearance over time. It dries super quick but is neither greasy or sticky, leaves skin matte, plumped, smooth and hardly any dry skin on the surface. I use this as a base serum and add a slightly rich serum or oil for added boost of moisture.
LaVanila Labs Pure Vanilla The Healthy Deodorant Solid Stick 25g AU$15.99 – This travel size natural deodorant is the product I have been loving since I transitioned to using natural, cruelty free, vegan and where organic as possible deodorant. The pure vanilla is a freshly scented deodorant provides long-lasting odour protection. It goes on clean, with no sticky wetness, and delivers long-lasting results.
Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion+ very dry-dry combination skin 30ml AU$15 – This travel size lotion came from a GWP last year. This rich and creamy moisturising lotion, helped to replenish my skin as it gave the appearance of a younger looking, healthier complexion. The silky texture ensures skin is left feeling soft and springy. I used this in my evening skincare routine during the times when my skin needed that extra hit of moisture. I wouldn’t purchase this right away as I have another GWP size on standby.
Bioderma Légère Hydrabio Moisturising Light Cream 5ml AU$5.25 – This was part of starter set, which I was looking forward to try out from the hydrabio line. I love how light it feels and how ridiculously soothing it felt on my tired and dry skin. I used it mainly in my morning skincare routine before I top up with a sunscreen. This would be great for normal to combination skin types, as the Hydrabio Light is great to use as a daily moisturising cream for dehydrated skin. I would gladly buy the full size once I’ve cut down on my moisturiser/lotion collection.
