If you missed out on the ambient strobe lighting blush palette like me, you can actually pick up each of the shades individually. I am slowly growing my Hourglass collection, which I hope to pick up the next palette later this year. Continue reading to learn more about this blush.
“This airy, lightweight formulation fuses micro-fine pearl particles with modern pigments and our iconic Photoluminescent Technology to build depth and dimension with an ethereal luminosity.” – Hourglass.
HOURGLASS Ambient Strobe Lighting Blush in Euphoric Fusion 4.2g
I picked up this powder blush in euphoric fusion with light reflectors that gives a soft lilac shade with some medium pinkish-plum–a warm undertone that suits my medium skin complexion well. This blush has a formula of a highlighter and blush hybrid, which we know has been trending lately.
The blush has a semi-opaque finish and there are tiny specks of shimmer / light reflectors that give a radiant glow on the skin without going over the top. Use a light hand when applying this blush especially when you have a lighter skin complexion as it could appear too dark.
Each powders created were formulated using an advanced miscelare technique, which means “to mix” in Italian. It is creating the perfect balance of pigment and powder and so no two look alike. This blush delivers a lovely natural look with a radiant finish and a buildable colour.
There are 4 shades available: brilliant nude (deep amber), euphoric fusion (soft lilac), iridescent flash (vivid magenta) and incandescent electra (cool peach). The retail price AUD$55 for each compact. You can pick these up at your nearest Mecca Cosmetica / Mecca Maxima or on their website.
